As a protocol author, you have several options for managing testimonials:
View Testimonial Details
Click on any testimonial to see the full text, author information, date posted, and any likes it has received.
Respond Publicly
Reply to testimonials publicly so all users can see your response. Thank users for feedback, answer questions, or provide additional guidance. Public replies build community trust and show you're engaged.
Message Author Privately
For sensitive questions or detailed follow-ups, you can message testimonial authors privately through the messaging system. (Both you and the testimonial author must be Pro subscribers)
Like Testimonials
Show appreciation for detailed, helpful testimonials by liking them. This highlights quality feedback for other users.
Hide Inappropriate Testimonials
Hide testimonials that violate community guidelines—spam, offensive content, or completely off-topic comments. Only hide genuinely problematic content, not negative feedback. If you hide a testimonial, you may want to send the testimonial author a private message explaining why (If they are a Pro user.).

If multiple users mention the same confusion point, update your instructions for clarity. If someone discovers a great variation, add it to your Author Notes.
🏷️ Adjust Tags
Notice users with specific conditions finding success? Add relevant tags to help similar users discover your protocol through search.
⚠️ Enhance Safety Info
If someone mentions an unexpected reaction or asks about contraindications, update your safety section immediately to protect future users.
🎯 Create New Protocols
Testimonials often reveal gaps in your protocol collection. If users consistently ask for something you don't have, that's your next protocol!
Hiding/Unhiding Testimonials
If you need to hide a testimonial:
- 1Locate the problematic testimonial

- 2Click the hide icon on the testimonial.

- 3The testimonial will still be visible to the author and they can choose to edit it or delete it. You can unhide it by clicking the unhide icon if they make changes to the testimonial that you agree with.

Only Hide for Valid Reasons
Hide testimonials only if they:
- Contain spam or promotional content
- Include offensive or harassing language
- Are completely off-topic or nonsensical
- Violate community guidelines
Never hide: Negative but honest feedback, constructive criticism, or reports of poor results. These help you improve and show transparency.
