Policy Enforcement
Essential Protocols reserves the right to review any content and take action if community rules are violated. This may include temporary or permanent suspension of community privileges.
To keep the main community board fresh and focused on active discussions, older threads may be archived. Archived discussions remain visible and searchable, but no new replies can be added.
When Discussions Are Archived
- • Inactivity: Discussions with no activity for 3 months may be eligible for archiving
- • Saturation: Discussions with over 100 replies on older topics may be archived to maintain performance
- • Owner request: Discussion creators can choose to archive their own threads
Accessing Archived Discussions
Archived discussions can be found in the "Archived" tab on the community board. They remain fully visible and searchable, allowing you to reference past conversations. A banner at the top of archived discussions indicates they are closed to new replies and suggests opening a new discussion for current questions.
Discussion owners and administrators can restore archived discussions if needed by using the "Unarchive" option.
